Study denounces Teens TV to be too sexy (ABC News)

TV most depicting adolescent sexual manner in performances for young audiences, says a non-profit educational group.

Parents Television Council study released Wednesday found that many of these sexy images and performances of a teenager seductively dances by its class teenagers sharing a kiss passionately in a dark room, are all listening to the television network.

"It's a pervasive saturation of the Sexualization of girls in all forms of media," said Tim Winter, President of the parent Television Council. "It is not fair to children College, is not just 20-somethings, we are now talking about adolescents."

The study analyzed programs listening scripted 25 top for viewers aged 12 to 17.

He looked at shows like "90210", "Glee,", "Gossip Girl" and "Grey Anatomy" and defined the Sexualization as "the Act or process sexualizing… a person, group or a thing to be seen as sexual in nature."

The study revealed that minor female characters were most often represented in sexual way of adult female characters. And minor characters, it is most likely Visual sexual behaviour as opposed to any dialogue.

The majority of the characters was presented as high school, step College adult children.

Seventy-five percent of these performances contained no "S" of the sexual content rating so that parents could avoid.
